information is sent to the credit authorizing company.
Contact information from the order form is used to send orders to our customers.

Our site provides users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us at the point where we request information about the visitor.

Return Policy:
Due to the nature of electronic documents, any document automatically downloaded is not returnable.
And the authorized card will be correctly charged. Since all On-line Plans are electronic and not "returnable", we do not issue refunds except in the case of an order incorrectly filled.
Review Policy:
Business plans submitted for review will be returned to submitter. SmallBusinessPoint may use suitable plans in the Business Plan Re-seller program, by changing all specific demographic submitter information. SmallBusinessPoint may resell the plans in the program without compensating submitter.

The following license agreement applies to all SmallBusinessPoint.com, Inc. Software products.
An End User License Agreement for ALL SmallBusinessPoint SOFTWARE IMPORTANT - Read this License Agreement Carefully:
This License Agreement (LA) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and SmallBusinessPoint Limited for the SmallBusinessPoint Software Product identified above, which includes computer software,
and may include associated media, authorization keys and online or other documentation ("Software Product" or "Software"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software Product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this LA. If you do not agree to the terms of this LA, you may not install, copy or otherwise use the above software.
Software Product License
The Software Product is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The Software Product is licensed, not sold.
1. Grant of License. This License Agreement grants you the following rights:
1.1 Systems Software. You may: (a) use and (b) copy the Software in machine readable form solely for back-up purposes or use within a single working location; provided you reproduce SmallBusinessPoint.com's copyright notice and proprietary legends.
2. Description of other Rights and Limitations
2.1 Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software Product, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation. Reverse engineering for the purposes of interoperability only is permitted. YOU MAY NOT MODIFY, ADAPT, TRANSLATE, RENT, LEASE, LOAN, RESELL FOR PROFIT, DISTRIBUTE OR CREATE DERIVATIVE WORKS BASED UPON THE SOFTWARE OR ANY PART THEREOF.
2.2 Proprietary notices. You may not remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software Product.
2.3 Termination. This license is effective until terminated. This license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of the provisions. Upon termination you shall destroy all copies of the Software including any partial copies.
2.4 Authorization Keys. Authorization keys may be installed and enabled for use in only one license control utility. You may not modify or make inoperable authorization keys or license control utilities.
3. Copyright All title and copyrights in and to the Software Product, and accompanying printed materials are owned by SmallBusinessPoint.com, Inc. The Software Product is protected by copyright laws and International treaty provisions. Therefore you must treat the software product like any other copyrighted material except that you may either (a) make one copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT solely for backup or archival purposes, or (b) install the software product on a single computer provided you keep the original solely for backup or archival purposes. The software is Copyright © 2002 SmallBusinessPoint.com, Inc., United States, All rights reserved. The software remains the sole and exclusive property of SmallBusinessPoint.com, Inc. at all times.
4. Updates and Technical Support: Upon registration and payment of appropriate fee(s) SmallBusinessPoint.com, Inc. for the specified period from the date of registration of the Licensed Software will make available to you Technical Support in the manner and under the guidelines set forth in the Licensed Software User Documentation, which may be modified from time to time by SmallBusinessPoint at its discretion without notice. SmallBusinessPoint may, from time to time, revise or update the licensed software. In so doing, SmallBusinessPoint incurs no obligation to furnish such revision or updates to you. Updates and further support terms are available to you on the same basis as SmallBusinessPoint makes them available to its other licensees at then current prices.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty YOU ACCEPT ALL RISKS WHICH MAY ARISE FROM THE DOWNLOADING OF THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ERRORS IN TRANSMISSION OR CORRUPTION OF EXISTING DATA OR SOFTWARE. SMALLBUSINESSPOINT.COM MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY OF NONINFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTIES' RIGHTS, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitations of how long an implied warranty may last, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state. The name and trademarks of copyright holders may NOT be used in advertising or publicity pertaining to the software without specific, written prior permission. Title to copyright in this software and any associated documentation will at all times remain with copyright holders.
6. Limitation of Liability UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND UNDER NO LEGAL THEORY, TORT, CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL SMALLBUSINESSPOINT.COM OR ITS SUPPLIERS OR RESELLERS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, WORK STOPPAGE, COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, OR ANY AND ALL OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, EVEN IF SMALLBUSINESSPOINT.COM SHALL HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
7. Exclusion of Liability/Damages The following is without prejudice to any rights you may have at law which cannot legally be excluded or restricted. You acknowledge that no promise, representation, warranty or undertaking has been made or given by SmallBusinessPoint (or related company ) to any person or company on its behalf in relation to the profitability of or any other consequences or benefits to be obtained from the delivery or use of the SOFTWARE and any accompanying SmallBusinessPoint Supplied software, manuals or other materials.
You have relied upon your own skill and judgment in deciding to acquire the SOFTWARE and any accompanying manuals and other materials for use by you. Except as and to the extent provided in this agreement, neither SmallBusinessPoint nor any related company will in any circumstances be liable for any other damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business, business interruption, loss of business information or other indirect or consequential loss) arising out of the use, or inability to use, or supply or non-supply, of the software and any accompanying written materials.
SmallBusinessPoint's total liability under any provision of this agreement is in any case limited to the amount actually paid by you for the software.
8. General. You agree this is the complete agreement concerning this license. In order to amend this license, a writing executed by both parties is required. You assume full responsibility for the legal and responsible use of the Software. This license shall be governed by Nebraska law as such law applies to agreements between Nebraska residents entered into and to be performed within Nebraska, except as governed by Federal law. Should any provision of this license be declared unenforceable in any jurisdiction, then such provision shall be deemed to be severable from this license and shall not affect the remainder hereof. All rights in the Software not specifically granted in this license are reserved by SmallBusinessPoint.com.
