The last chapter of the 'The Business Plan Generator' is "Evaluation." This is the section that needs to be completed periodically in which to determine where the business is going. Is the plan progressing according to the original plan? Evaluation of the idea, business plan, and implementation must be completed. If the business is going in a different direction than the original plan, then investigation must be timely and swift.
