of repairs and available for less than market value. Refurbish will make the
necessary repairs and either sell the property or make it available for
tenants. First year revenues are estimated at $69,600, with revenues of
$168,000 in year five.
Refurbish is looking to borrow $75,000 in the form of a line of credit. The
funds will be used to purchase and remodel properties. The funds will be repaid
through cashflow from rental income and the sale of properties.
